Tauern Spa Hotel & Therme Kaprun, Kaprun

I had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying spacious and modern rooms with beautiful views of the Tauern mountains. The location was fantastic, especially the quiet upper pool area. However, the heavy cigarette smell in some areas was quite off-putting, and while some staff were friendly, I did encounter a few who were unprofessional at times.
